Copytide Affiliate Program Policy
1. Overview
This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs your participation in the affiliate program of Reel, Inc., doing business as Copytide (“Copytide,” “we,” “us,” “our”), which operates in Sheridan, Wyoming. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by this Policy.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete our affiliate application and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote our services and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy. Any misrepresentation or inappropriate use of our brand is strictly prohibited.
4. Affiliate Commission
If you refer a new customer to Copytide through your unique affiliate link, and that new customer signs up for and uses our services, you, the affiliate, will earn a commission of 10% of the referred customer’s first payment (“Affiliate Commission”). Our commission structure is based on the total sale value, excluding taxes and any refunds or discounts.
5. Qualifying Actions
For the Affiliate Commission to be applied, the referred customer must successfully sign up for a Copytide account using your unique affiliate link and make a payment for our services.
6. Refunds and Commission Reversal
If a referred customer requests a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, the Affiliate Commission will be rescinded from the affiliate’s account. We reserve the right to deduct any commission paid on a refunded sale from future commission payments.
7. Payment Terms
Affiliate Commissions will be paid out monthly, within 30 days of the end of the month, provided the affiliate has earned at least $50 in commissions. We reserve the right to delay commission payments for up to 60 days to ensure that all sales are valid and have not resulted in any refunds. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as agreed upon between Copytide and the affiliate.
8. Tracking
We will provide you with tracking tools to monitor the success of your affiliate efforts. However, we cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that may prevent accurate tracking of referred sales.
9. Confidentiality
All information related to our business operations, including but not limited to customer data, business strategies, and commission rates, are considered confidential. Affiliates must not disclose any confidential information without our written permission.
10. Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing efforts. Any promotional materials must accurately represent Copytide’s services and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates may not use Copytide’s name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
11. Limitations
Copytide reserves the right to limit the amount of Affiliate Commissions you may receive. We may also limit, terminate, or suspend your ability to participate in the Affiliate Program if we suspect any form of misconduct or abuse.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our affiliate program for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Policy. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
13. Changes to the Policy
We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this Affiliate Program Policy. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice via email.
14. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to this Affiliate Program Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not participate in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
